A more than 30-year licensed general contractor, Bruce Neandross began his career after college as a laborer. As his skills evolved, he went on to become a foreman, project manager, senior project manager and, eventually, a general contractor. In each step along his career path, Bruce gained—and has maintained—an expert’s knowledge of his craft.
Bruce Neandross knows every job on any construction site as well as the person performing the job. This sets an incredibly high performance bar, to clients’ benefit and sometimes to subcontractors’ consternation.
Bruce Neandross is a student of building. He’s never ceased learning, vetting, testing and validating his methods. A man of few words, it’s left to others to tout his skill and the successful outcomes he’s produced for clients throughout Florida. They unfailingly do.
Bruce Neandross is an artist. He comes from a family of artists. His great grandfather was a Curator at the Museum of Natural History. His grandfather also designed the stained glass windows of St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
Bruce is an outdoorsman, an avid boater, a fisherman and a hunter.
In everything, he is a perfectionist.
Laura Neandross grew up on jobsites. Like Bruce, she spent a great deal of time in the field. There is no one better qualified than Laura Neandross to carry out her father’s ethos of how to build a quality project. It was Laura who most often witnessed firsthand his obsession with perfection. She also benefited from conversations her father led about the “how and why” of quality projects.
After completing college, Laura worked in the Environmental Resource Management office of a major municipality. She decided soon after to follow her heart and, quite possibly, her DNA, by joining her father fulltime. Her role bridges the field as a hands-on project executive, and client relations, where she is a point of contact on all Neandross Estate Homes’ projects. Like her father, hers is a no-nonsense, get things done attitude that clients recognize and appreciate.
Kim has been a member of the Neandross team for over 20 years. Her more than 30 year career in the construction industry has equipped her with the skills to efficiently manage our office, keep an organized schedule of all trades and handle all billing. She plays an important role in making sure every job runs smoothly by consistently delivering the Neandross standard of organization and efficiency.
